Octorara Guidance Councilor’s Volunteer Work Honored

Dr. David Rutledge, long-serving Octorara HS guidance councilor was 8 volunteers honored by Chester County Economic Development Council earlier this month

This from the June 20th edition of the Daily Local News:

David Rutledge, school-to-career coordinator at Octorara Area High School, was honored by the Ag Connect Partnership. He has been an active member of the organization’s board of directors and advocates for agricultural education programs.

According to the DLN, “the Chester County Economic Development Council is a private, nonprofit economic development organization promoting smart growth in Chester County and the surrounding region for more than 50 years.”

Rutledge, who was hired by Octorara in 1992, is retiring at the end of June.
