Frank Haas Memorialized By Philly.com

Philly.com published an obituary Saturday detailing Frank Haas’s life. Frank passed away last Friday evening afer an extended battle with cancer.

The thoughtful obituary details how Haas began life as an accountant for General Electric Re-Entry Systems in Philadelphia and then Hale Fire Pump in West Conshohocken before launching his own a construction business in Atglen.

According to the obituary, Haas came to public service later in life but in that role was responsible for numerous community initiatives including clearing the way for Victory Brewing Company’s new brewhouse west of Parkesburg and the 2014 consolidation of the Atglen, Parkesburg and Pomeroy fire companies.
