Boy’s Basketball Knock Down Lopsided Win

Boy’s Basketball Knock Down Lopsided Win

If you, like me, haven’t been paying attention, the Octorara Boys basketball team is on a season-beginning 5-0 tear.

Here’s what ChesmontScore.com posted on their game against Collegium Charter Saturday night:

Octorara 72, Collegium Charter 58 – Christian Ray (22 points) and Jackson Ray (20) combined for 30 points in the second half as the unbeaten Braves (5-0) used a 46-26 burst after the break to overcome a 6-point halftime deficit. Also hitting double figures for Octorara were Saaleem Pugh and Jamonti Mayo with 12 points each.
Collegium Charter (58) – Sarnor 20 points,Grove 20, Wesley 5, Lawrence 6, Dixon 3, Miller 4
Octorara (72) – C. Ray 22, J. Ray 20, Pugh 12, Mayo 12, Dickinson 4, London 2
Collegium Charter     16 16 11 15 – 58
Octorara                        10 16 22 24 – 72
Not bad!  I wonder how Gene’s boys did against Kennett last night.
